About the Role We’re on the lookout for a trend-savvy, content-driven Social Media Content Specialist who thrives on XiaohongShu. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to create scroll-stopping content, understands skincare and its ingredients, and can bring a brand to life through engaging storytelling and community interaction. You’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence, driving engagement, and growing our audience across social platforms. 
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ol>
<li>Content Strategy &amp; Creation</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute content strategies tailored to XiaohongShu across multiple brand accounts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Plan, script, storyboard, and direct engaging short-form video content that aligns with brand voice and skincare positioning. (Mandarin)</li>
<li>Shoot and edit videos independently or in collaboration with a content team, ensuring they meet platform best practices and brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Manage content creation timelines including script writing, shoot schedules, uploads, and reportings.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent and timely publishing of content across platforms, maintaining brand tone and quality.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;2. Trend Research &amp; Community Engagement
<ul>
<li>Stay updated with trending topics, audio, memes, and platform-specific formats on XiaoHongShu globally.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Interact with followers and manage community engagement to foster a strong and loyal audience across XiaohongShu&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Performance Monitoring &amp; Optimization</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Track and analyze key metrics (Impressions, Reach, Engagement, Follower Growth, etc.) to evaluate content effectiveness.</li>
<li>Optimize content strategies based on analytics, platform algorithms, and feedback loops.</li>
<li>Monitor boosting results and adjust content approach accordingly.</li>
</ul>

<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Participate in creative brainstorms and marketing planning sessions.</li>
<li>Work with internal teams to support branding campaigns and product launches, especially for skincare lines.</li>
