Job Description

• Assist Assistant Manager / Senior Executive in handling daily orders, planning and executing delivery of stocks to customers.
• Update records in Warehouse Management System, liaise closely with transporters and delivery agents in relation to stocks arrangement and documentation
• Consolidating, compiling and filing of supply chain related documents.
• Ensure all the enquiries, complaints and issues lodged by customers are acknowledged, recorded, followed up & settled within timeline.
• Execute daily or weekly inventory updating activities within the specified deadlines.
• Support to overall issues pertaining to warehouse logistics and supply chains.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Qualification(s) & Experience

• At least SPM/Diploma/Certificate or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year and above of supply chain, warehousing and logistics experience.
• Possess general knowledge and practical training in transportation delivery duties.
• Experience in truck repairing and maintenance is an added advantage.
• Possess a good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin or other languages as an added advantage. 
• Good communication skills, independence and problem-solving, proactive and competent in supply chain duties.
