Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily store operations including opening and closing
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual displays
• Handle customer enquiries and escalate issues when needed
• Receive and organize stock, and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Perform basic stock checks and report discrepancies
• Work closely with the team and follow guidance from the Store Manager
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Requirements:
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience (beauty industry experience is an added advantage).
• Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills
