As the Online Marketing Executive/Manager you will build and scale our digital footprint, creating campaigns and web experiences that bring customers to our service centres and product pages.

• Build measurable digital campaigns across search and social to increase local bookings and service enquiries.
• Expand your skills by owning ad budgets, creatives, and landing page experiments end to end.
• Lead collaboration with sales and service teams to connect marketing activity to real customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Campaigns & Advertising

• Create and manage paid campaigns on Google and social platforms to drive leads, monitor KPIs, and refine bids and creatives.

Content & Digital Presence

• Plan and publish organic social content that reflects our brand and service offerings, and engage with community comments and messages.
• Optimize website pages and landing experiences for SEO and conversion, coordinating with developers for updates.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track campaign and website performance using analytics tools and translate data into clear improvement actions.
• Manage advertising budgets, measure ROI, and reallocate spend to improve cost per acquisition.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in online or digital marketing, preferably in automotive or service-based industries.
• Proven experience running paid social and search campaigns and working on website optimisation projects.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong experience with Digital Advertising, Advertising Campaigns, Social Media, SEO Strategy, and Website Optimization.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platforms like Facebook Business Manager

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can work across teams and translate marketing metrics into simple recommendations.
• Analytical and curious, comfortable making decisions from data and iterating quickly.
