Responsibilities 

Main duties and responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring compliance efforts to ensure adherence to SOX regulations.

• Analyze business processes to identify potential SOX compliance gaps and recommend solutions.

• Perform SOX related tests of controls, including Accounting and IT controls testing and prepare related documentation

• Work with business teams to improve processes to enhance compliance and efficiency

• Support the implementation of solutions that address compliance issues and meet business needs. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the organization to enhance compliance and operational effectiveness.

Main KPI’s 

• Effectiveness in identifying and mitigating risks related to both compliance and business processes.
• Accuracy and timeliness of compliance and business analysis reports.
• Improvements in operational efficiency resulting from compliance and business analysis activities

Skills 

• Ability to multitask effectively and work independently and confidently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively across various levels of management
• Extensive working experience in payment processing business is highly preferred.
• Working experience in an international and matrix organization with teams distributed in different time zones.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Database management skills would be an advantage. ( eg. SQL )
• Well organized, detail-oriented team player

Qualifications and education requirements 

Must be details oriented, with high quality standards and accuracy in work, independent, goal oriented and with self-motivating personality.

• Has working experience in payment industry

•   Excellent in English (written and spoken)

Education and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

•  At least 3 years of relevant experience working in compliance, financial analysis, or business analysis is highly valuable.
