As an Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to Choose & learn:

Marketing Intern (E-Commerce & SEO)

• Assist in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee and Lazada) to optimize e-store operations, including traffic, conversion, product listing, content, ratings, and reviews.
• Assist in generating reports for e-commerce platforms (Shopee and Lazada), review order summaries to ensure that all information is accurate and complete.
• Research and identify relevant keywords and optimize website content for search engines,
• Prepare marketing copy for websites, e-commerce and marketing campaigns.
• Perform SEO optimization for website content for search engines.
• Assist in gathering data and insights, track and analyze website performance from analytical sources such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Conduct market research to identify and understand target markets, develop marketing strategies for e-commerce platform and website.
• Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events and retail campaigns (if any).
• Assist with relevant marketing and e-commerce work as necessary.

Marketing Intern (Content Creator/Copywriter)

• Assist in writing website article blogs in Malay and English.
• Develop and create content for engaging social media posts (FB, IG, TikTok)
• Develop and star in TikTok videos, comfortable in front of the camera & not camera shy.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends for more effective social media strategies.
• Assist and provide support for social media marketing ads (FB/IG ads)
• Assist in the execution of end-to-end KOL/Influencers, liaising with KOLs and brands for related product reviews.
• Work closely with the team members in brainstorming, planning, and executing marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of Internship period and maximum is 6 months period
• Undergraduates taking Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business/Marketing, eCommerce or equivalent.
• Good writing skills in English , Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese is a plus
• Good eye for detail, Good analytical skills & Organized and detail-oriented
• Monthly allowance is RM700.00 per month
• Able to work in Pandan Indah, Kuala Lumpur
• 5 Working days (Monday - Friday)
