As an HR Intern, you will:

• Assist in recruiting and hiring new employees
• Support training and development initiatives
• Help track and evaluate employee performance
• Improve internal communication processes
• Contribute to building a positive company culture
• Assist in handling employee relations, including conflicts and disciplinary matters

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed: Diploma / Degree / Professional Certification in HR or related field
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team player with good communication abilities
