What You’ll Do

• Work closely with customers, onsite/offsite technical support teams, and management to ensure smooth and timely handling of support cases.
• Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and resolving technical issues.
• Take ownership of assigned technical problems and help track them throughout their lifecycle.
• Support ongoing IT projects and daily operations.
• Learn industry best practices through hands-on, real-world experience.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Professional, customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A team player who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute.
