What You’ll Do

As our Graphic Design Intern, you will:

• Support the creative team in designing engaging visuals for social-media campaigns, blogs, website banners, email newsletters, and client collateral.
• Translate marketing strategies and branding guidelines into on-brand visuals and rich media.
• Assist with motion/animation graphics (if you’re comfortable) to elevate our digital content.
• Work closely with creative strategies, media buyers and content creators to ensure consistency across touch-points.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas and help iterate designs based on feedback.
• Maintain organised design assets and versioning, ensuring all files are correctly prepared for digital and print use.
• Gain hands-on exposure to a fast-paced agency environment and build a portfolio with real client work.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or similar.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); basic animation, Figma or After Effects skills are a plus.
• A strong visual portfolio showcasing layout, typography, colour use and digital-first thinking.
• Good communicator with the ability to receive feedback, iterate designs and meet deadlines.
• Passion for design trends and creating aesthetic digital content.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative, agile team.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with social-media content formats (Instagram stories/reels, LinkedIn posts, carousel ads).
• Previous exposure to agency or freelance design work.
