Performance Digital Marketing Executive (Meta & Google)
We are looking for a Performance Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience. You will manage assigned campaigns, analyse performance, review landing pages and tracking data, prepare creative briefs, communicate with clients, and improve results through structured testing.
You will work closely with the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, creative team, content team, designers, and other media buyers to ensure campaigns are planned, launched, optimised, and reported properly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Meta Ads Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyse key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, frequency, and lead quality
- Adjust campaigns based on performance data and business objectives
- Support creative testing through hooks, angles, formats, and audience insights
- Ensure campaign setup, tracking, naming, and execution follow internal standards
- Prepare clear action plans during campaign reviews
2. Google Ads Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns
- Handle Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, or other relevant campaign types where needed
- Review search terms, keywords, targeting, bidding, placements, and budget allocation
- Analyse conversion performance and recommend optimisation actions
- Work with landing page and tracking data to improve campaign quality
- Ensure Google campaign structure and tracking are properly maintained
3. Campaign Strategy & Optimisation
- Understand client objectives, target audience, offer, funnel, and conversion goals
- Build campaign plans based on client goals and available budget
- Review campaign performance regularly and identify what needs to be improved
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns using a clear and structured process
- Recommend next steps based on data, not guesswork
- Work with the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager during campaign reviews and performance discussions
4. Creative Briefing & Testing Support
- Prepare clear creative briefs for designers, content creators, and video editors
- Turn campaign insights into creative testing ideas
- Suggest hooks, angles, messaging, and creative direction based on performance data
- Identify creative fatigue, weak messaging, offer issues, or audience mismatch
- Work with the creative team to improve ad performance, not just visual quality
- Support creative testing plans for assigned campaigns
5. Client Communication & Account Ownership
- Handle assigned client accounts with guidance from management when needed
- Communicate campaign updates clearly to clients
- Explain campaign performance in simple, business-focused language
- Prepare insights, next steps, and action plans for client updates
- Manage client expectations and surface issues early
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables and timelines are met
6. Reporting, Workflow & AI Usage
- Prepare campaign reports, insights, and recommendations
- Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, creative briefing, and workflow efficiency
- Maintain proper campaign documentation and internal updates
- Follow internal SOPs for campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and optimisation
- Look for ways to reduce repetitive work and improve team efficiency

Within 3 to 6 months, you should be able to:
- Independently manage assigned Meta and Google campaigns
- Prepare clear campaign updates and recommendations
- Write useful creative briefs based on campaign insights

- Identify what is working, what is not working, and what to test next
- Reduce dependency on senior management for day-to-day campaign execution
- Contribute to stronger campaign performance and smoother internal workflow
