This internship acts as the backbone of our HR operations by supporting daily admin, HRIS maintenance and recruitment logistics so our consultants can focus on clients. You will gain practical experience helping processes run smoothly while learning core HR skills.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Support daily HR administration, including document handling, filing and onboarding logistics.
• Assist with payroll paperwork and basic compliance tasks to help keep employee records accurate.

Recruitment Support

• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and maintain applicant tracking notes.
• Help prepare job postings and screen basic CV requirements to streamline the hiring process.

Systems & Admin

• Maintain HRIS data quality through regular updates and simple troubleshooting.
• Perform basic system administration tasks and routine data entry to keep reports current.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 0 years of work experience is acceptable; this is an entry internship role.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with HRIS administration, basic system or office administration tasks, and standard office software.
• Comfortable with data entry, basic reporting and maintaining accurate records.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage simple tasks independently.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset when working with consultants and clients.
