We're looking for Procurement Executive who can manage a full set of accounts—from Inventory,Stock Management to fixed asset functions. You'll also prepare accurate stock reports, statements, and analyses that support key business decisions.

If you love your Excel spreadsheets, have a keen eye for detail, and are obsessed with numbers, then you'll fit right in.

Your responsibilities include:

 

 

  • Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including quotation, purchase orders and follow-up.
  • Negotiate with suppliers delivery schedules
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor order status and coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are delivered according to required timelines.
  • Liaise closely with project, and management teams to understand purchasing requirements and priorities.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders, delayed deliveries, shortages or discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, quotations, purchase orders and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures, approval processes and project requirements.
  • Support management with procurement reports, cost comparisons and other purchasing-related analysis when required.


Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Good understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
  • Experience using accounting software (SQL, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision while being a collaborative team player.
  • Responsible, meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with payroll, audit or taxation will be an added advantage.
