Job Description

We are hiring 2 pax - 1 in KL (Male only) and 1 in Melaka

Full-time

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing comprehensive diary and calendar management, scheduling appointments and meetings
  2. Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of your assigned executives
  3. Preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing follow-up actions from meetings
  4. Organising domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries
  5. Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports and other documents as required
  6. Coordinating office supplies and overseeing general administrative tasks


Job Requirements

  1. At least 3 years experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
  7. Preferable male candidates
