Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Someone articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think creatively.
- A resourceful problem-solver; a GO-getter who rarely takes “no” for an answer. Someone who constantly maintains a “can-do” hustle attitude, with a passion for brands and making them stand out.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels.
- An effective multitasker with demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands, each with a different customer demographic, thus with varying requirements. Yet detail oriented, self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Hands-on, street-smart, tech savvy and comfortable rolling up your sleeves with an ability to adapt quickly to situations.
- Independent, industrious, resourceful, able to work with minimum supervision, yet working as part of a team.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the media industry, and able to converse comfortably with the media and Influencers.
- Solid relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited university with at least 3 years of working experience in a PR agency, with a clear understanding of the communications function and process.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communications, interpersonal, leadership and management skills.
