Project Coordination & Site Execution:

Maintain and organize project-related documents such as drawings, permits, inspection records, variation orders, and site reports for proper record-keeping and reference.
Problem Identification & Support:
Identify site issues early and assist the Project Manager/Senior Project Executive in resolving coordination, technical, or workmanship matters.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision or project coordination, preferably in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction works.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic to good understanding of ID drawings, construction details, materials, and work schedules. Ability to interpret drawings with guidance from senior team members.
Project & Site Coordination:
Able to coordinate daily site activities, liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, and support the project team in delivering works on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Communication & Teamwork:
Good communication skills and able to work closely with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients.
Attitude & Work Ethic:
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Eligible for statutory contributions to the EPF and SOCSO in accordance with Malaysian regulations, based on your monthly salary.
