Job Description

Gobuild is looking for a responsible and proactive Project Executive / Senior Project Executive to support and coordinate interior fit-out and renovation projects. You will be involved in real site work coordination, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are executed smoothly from planning to handover.
 

The role covers site coordination, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and project follow-up, as well as basic documentation, ensuring all works are completed on time and meet required quality and project standards.

Job Requirements

• Project Coordination

Coordinate and manage interior fit-out projects from start to completion, ensuring works are carried out according to timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

• Site Supervision & Workmanship

Monitor daily site progress and workmanship to ensure works follow approved drawings and project requirements.

• Coordination with Team & Subcons

Work closely with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure smooth site coordination and project progress.

• Site Problem Solving

Able to identify site issues, coordinate practical solutions, and follow through to ensure works progress smoothly.

• Project Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain project-related documents, drawings, site updates, and progress reports.

Candidates with experience in interior fit-out, renovation, carpentry, or commercial projects are encouraged to apply.
