Job Description

  • Able to drive responsibly and undertake work outdoors
  • Ensure that vehicles are clean, well maintained and fuel level of cars are monitored
  • Perform quality assurance of vehicles in all aspects from interior to exterior
  • Possess the knowledge to replace tyres, jump-start vehicles and troubleshoot car problems and/or relating to hardware (or be easily trained)
  • Attend to cars during emergencies and shuttling them to service centres, panel workshops and vendors
  • Keep track of vehicles service details and road tax renewals
  • Undertake emergency shifts after working hours during shift rotations
  • Undertake any other initiatives such as fleet expansion initiatives (vehicle deployment) as required by Fleet Supervisor or Head of Fleet Management

Job Requirements

Desired but not necessary
  • Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience in related field(s).

Must-haves
  • Possess valid drivers licence
  • Able to operate a smartphone and productivity apps (Waze, Google Maps, WhatsApp)
  • Report to work at 08.30 am sharp and work additional hours if required due to business needs
  • Be contactable at all times
  • Good time management so that there is no delays when deploying cars
  • Good communication skills so that no information is loss and there is proper information handover
  • Be able to work outdoors (rain or shine)
  • Able to lift heavy objects and troubleshoot vehicle and hardware issues
  • Males only

Able to manage time and follow instructions well
  • Able to communicate effectively and keep operations team up to date on fleet related issues
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player and hard worker
