📍 Location: Pavilion Bukit Bintang
⏰ Working Hours: 10AM – 7PM
Shift timing may vary slightly based on manager’s requirements.

☕ What You'll Do

• Prepare coffee, tea, chocolate, smoothies and other beverages according to PAUL’s standards.
• Operate and clean espresso machines, grinders, blenders and other equipment.
• Ensure drinks meet quality, portion, temperature and presentation standards.
• Welcome customers, take orders, answer enquiries and recommend products.
• Keep the outlet clean, organised and well-stocked.
• Check stock, replenish supplies and minimise wastage using FIFO/FEFO.
• Follow food safety, Halal, hygiene and food-handling requirements.
• Support teammates with opening, closing and daily outlet tasks.

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements

• Food Handling Certificate required.
• Valid Typhoid vaccination required.
• Barista experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Friendly, communicative and customer-focused.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.

If you do not have a valid Typhoid Injection & Food Handling Certification, you are still welcome to apply. You will be required to take it before you start your first shift.
