In this retail role, you will be stationed at their vibrant location in SOGO KL. As a Beauty Sales Assistant, you are the welcoming face of the brand. You will help customers discover the perfect skincare routine while making sure the store displays run smoothly and look highly presentable every day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultations and Sales

  • Welcome and engage customers
    • Greet customers with a warm and approachable manner
    • Provide one to one skincare consultations based on their skin type and concerns so that you deliver personalized beauty solutions
  • Drive product sales
    • Recommend suitable skincare products and educate customers on proper usage
    • Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets so that you help the brand grow and build your direct sales skills

Product Knowledge and Demonstrations

  • Master skincare trends and ingredients
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, current skincare trends, and ingredient benefits
    • Participate in regular product training sessions so that you maintain expert knowledge to share with customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations
    • Confidently explain product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques
    • Conduct basic skincare demos using strict hygiene protocols so that you provide a safe and engaging customer experience

Store Maintenance and Reporting

  • Maintain visual displays and inventory
    • Keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
    • Monitor stock levels and replenish displays as needed so that the counter is always highly presentable
  • Handle feedback and sales reporting
    • Collect customer feedback and insights to share with the trade team
    • Support in reporting sales data or inventory concerns so that the store operates efficiently
