You will be working with Kind Kones. They are a vibrant, exciting, and growing ice cream brand famous for serving up scoops of joy and creating highly memorable dessert experiences. In this lively retail role, you will be stationed at one of their bustling outlets located in Bangsar Village, Intermark, Plaza Damansara, or Sunway Pyramid. 

As a Sales Assistant, you are the welcoming face of the brand, helping customers discover delicious flavors while keeping the store looking fantastic and running flawlessly every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales

• Welcome customers and promote the Kind Kones brand
• Greet everyone warmly and recommend ice cream flavors based on what they crave
• Share product features and benefits clearly so that you provide an exceptional experience
• Achieve store and personal sales targets
• Work actively towards meeting store Key Performance Indicators
• Deliver excellent service consistently so that you help the outlet hit its goals and build your direct sales confidence

Store Operations and Cashiering

• Manage daily cashier duties
• Process cash, credit, and voucher payments while scanning products accurately
• Track all transactions carefully so that you maintain a perfectly balanced cash register at the end of your shift
• Maintain shop image and cleanliness
• Perform regular housekeeping and arrange visual merchandise displays according to brand guidelines
• Keep the outlet sparkling clean and items priced correctly so that the store is always highly presentable and inviting to customers
• Follow schedules and standard procedures
• Follow the shift schedule planned by the District Manager and step in to assist with ad hoc projects
• Understand all store policies so that you ensure smooth operations and uphold a safe working space for everyone

Inventory and Stock Management

• Handle stock management and replenishment
• Keep accurate inventory records and perform regular store stock take activities
• Monitor store items closely so that you prevent stock loss and ensure popular ice cream flavors never run out

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Qualification: Valid Typhoid vaccination certificate.

Knowledge: Ability to develop and maintain good product knowledge.

Qualities: Responsible and accountable for store standards and stock.

Skills: Customer service, direct sales, cashiering, and basic inventory tracking.
