Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales

  • Welcome customers and promote the Showcase brand
    • Greet every customer and recommend products based on their needs and wants
    • Share product features and benefits clearly so that you deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Achieve store and personal sales targets
    • Work towards meeting Key Performance Indicators
    • Provide an exceptional level of service so that you help the store hit its goals and drive sales

Store Operations and Cashiering

  • Manage daily cashier duties
    • Collect cash and credit payments, scan products accurately, and handle promotional cash vouchers
    • Track all transactions carefully so that you ensure prices are correct and payments are balanced
  • Maintain shop image and cleanliness
    • Perform regular housekeeping and arrange items according to Visual Merchandising guidelines
    • Keep the outlet clean and products priced correctly so that the store is always presentable to customers
  • Follow schedules and standard procedures
    • Follow the working shift schedule planned by the District Manager and Head of Department
    • Understand all policies so that your work is always carried out according to company standards
  • Support the team and management
    • Assist the team with any other projects on an as needed basis
    • Perform any ad hoc actions assigned by Management so that the store operates efficiently

Inventory and Stock Management

  • Handle stock management and replenishment
    • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform regular store stock take activities
    • Monitor store items closely so that you take responsibility for preventing stock loss
