You will be working with The Chamber. They are a premium lifestyle destination known for offering an exclusive and highly curated selection of fine wines, spirits, and beverages. In this engaging retail and hospitality role, you will be stationed at one of their elegant locations in Antara Genting or Starhill. 

As a Guest Experience & Sales Associate, you are the welcoming face of the brand, helping customers discover exceptional products while making sure the store runs smoothly and looks highly presentable every day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience and Sales

• Greet and engage customers proactively
• Approach customers with ease to explain product information and assist with their selections so that you ensure a great service level at all times
• Enjoy talking to people and demonstrating products so that you create an inviting and educational shopping experience
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Respond to feedback and resolve issues where possible so that guests leave fully satisfied
• Refer complex customer concerns to the managers as needed so that every situation is handled professionally

Store Operations and Cashiering

• Process daily transactions
• Handle cash and credit card payments via cash registers and digital systems so that the checkout process is quick and accurate
• Maintain a pristine store environment
• Keep all work and customer areas clean and organized at all times so that strict health and safety regulations are easily followed
• Manage inventory and restocking
• Restock supplies across the store and notify management when inventory levels drop so that essential items are always available for customers

Teamwork and Adaptability

• Demonstrate strong teamwork and independence
• Work closely and communicate effectively with superiors and peers so that the outlet operates as a unified team
• Take initiative to complete tasks under minimum supervision so that daily operations keep moving smoothly

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Qualification: You must possess a valid Typhoid vaccination certificate and be willing to serve alcohol. Must be able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Experience: Past experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred. Any prior experience or knowledge in wine is a great added advantage.

Knowledge: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Willingness to be trained and to continue learning about beverage preparation and products.

Qualities: Passionate, dynamic, highly motivated, and eager to learn.

Skills: Exceptional listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
