You will be working with Tous Les Jours. They are a beloved French Asian bakery cafe recognized globally for serving a wonderful selection of freshly baked breads, delicate pastries, and artisanal cakes. In this lively food and beverage role, you will be stationed at one of their beautiful outlets located in Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Velocity, Lalaport, or IOI City Mall. As a Service Crew member, you are the welcoming host of the cafe, helping guests enjoy their meals comfortably while making sure the dining area looks flawless and runs smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service and Dining Experience

• Serve food and beverages to patrons
• Present specialty dishes at tables and clear items in a professional manner so that you provide a smooth and pleasant dining experience
• Anticipate guest requirements before they even ask so that you consistently exceed their expectations
• Ensure high guest satisfaction
• Understand all food and beverage items offered so that you can confidently help guests with their menu choices
• Handle any problems or complaints carefully and inform the manager so that issues are resolved quickly and guests leave happy

Operations and Station Maintenance

• Manage table settings and payments
• Complete opening and closing side work and set all tables according to standard so that the cafe is always ready for service
• Present bills and accept payments accurately so that you finalize the guest experience smoothly
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in the working area so that the outlet stays clean and compliant
• Report any accidents or guest complaints immediately to a manager so that the cafe remains a safe and secure environment

Teamwork and Adaptability

• Support outlet operations physically and flexibly
• Move tables, chairs, displays, or side stations when needed so that the floor plan comfortably fits the daily business flow
• Be flexible in assisting around different areas of the outlet so that you respond effectively to changing customer needs
• Follow training and safety protocols
• Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant so that operations are never disrupted
• Attend all training sessions and follow all rules and policies so that you perform your tasks efficiently and safely

Job Requirements

Qualification: Valid Typhoid vaccination certificate.

Knowledge: Ability to learn and understand all food and beverage items offered on the menu.

Qualities: Flexible, attentive, professional, and dedicated to maintaining high hygiene standards.

Skills: Customer service, payment handling, problem solving, and the physical ability to arrange tables and chairs as needed.
