GogoKids is Malaysia’s Largest Kids Learning Platform, for parents to discover, compare, and enrol in suitable schools, enrichment classes, activities, and more for the kids aged 0-12 yrs. We are a fast growing company, on a mission to make learning fun & accessible among parents & kids.

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Business Development professional to join our team. This role focuses on growing our school community, acquiring new school partners, and building strong long-term relationships that strengthen GogoKids’ position as the go-to platform for kids’ learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand the GogoKids school community through outreach and engagement initiatives
• Lead and manage school outreach projects, ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes
• Acquire and onboard new school partners by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads and meeting weekly sales targets
• Cultivate new leads through referrals, marketing events, networking groups, social media, and self-research
• Conduct sales presentations with potential school partners, introducing GogoKids and its value proposition
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations flow and timely project delivery
• Drive business development initiatives such as partnerships, events, and campaigns to expand brand visibility and revenue opportunities
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on progress and opportunities

Job Requirements

 Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (experience in the education industry is a plus)
• Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage confidently with schools and stakeholders
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and grit to make things happen
• A challenge seeker and problem solver, able to identify and leverage new opportunities
• Team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel for school outreach when required
• Passionate about education, partnerships, and creating impact for children and parents
