We are looking for Digital Marketer/ Media Specialist to join us. As a Digital Marketer/ Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. Job Description:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across diverse platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, etc.

Performance Marketing:

• Oversee company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, Tik Tok, Community, etc.) by creating relevant and engaging content.
• Direct the creation of compelling content to enhance our social media presence and increase audience engagement.
• Implement lead generation campaigns to generate inquiries and drive enrollments.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative digital marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

• Experience: Proven 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. 
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities combined with strategic thinking and effective project management skills.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Mandarin. (Mandarin is a plus point)
• Attitude: Proactive, well-organized, and disciplined with a "can-do" attitude that welcomes challenges.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, possessing interpersonal skills and showing natural leadership qualities.
• Creativity & Innovation: A knack for creative thinking, innovation, and a drive for growth hacking strategies.
• Efficiency: Capable of working quickly and efficiently, managing time and deadlines effectively, and adapting to a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Growth Mindset: A believer in growth hacking techniques, eager to experiment with new strategies to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Startup Environment: Comfortable thriving in the dynamic setting of a fast-growing startup, driven by a hunger for continuous growth.
• Bonus Points: Prior experience in the education sector would be advantageous. Experience in marketplace platforms (B2C) or working within a marketing or media agency is highly desirable.
