GogoKids is Malaysia’s Largest Kids Learning Platform, for parents to discover, compare, and enrol in suitable schools, enrichment classes, activities, and more for the kids aged 0-12 yrs. We are a fast growing company, on a mission to make learning fun & accessible among parents & kids. 

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on driving brand growth, engaging parents and schools, and building strong digital campaigns that position our brand as a trusted leader in children’s learning experiences.

Job Description:

• Oversee & manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, Tik Tok, Community, etc.) by creating relevant and engaging content.
• Direct the creation of compelling content to enhance our social media presence and increase audience engagement.
• Implement lead generation campaigns to generate inquiries and drive enrollments.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams including business development, designer, developer to achieve the goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Creative flair in content writing, visual storytelling, and campaign ideation
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (required, as this role involves social media postings in both languages)
• Passionate about education, children’s learning, and building meaningful parent communities
• Proactive, disciplined, well-organized, and able to work independently
• A team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Growth mindset: eager to experiment with new strategies and growth hacking techniques to achieve KPIs
