GogoKids is Malaysia’s Largest Kids Learning Platform, for parents to discover, compare, and enrol in suitable schools, enrichment classes, activities, and more for the kids aged 0-12 yrs. We are a fast growing company, on a mission to make learning fun & accessible among parents & kids. 

 Job Description: 

1. Event Planning and Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion. 
•  Support the Event Team in creating event timelines, schedules, and checklists.

2. Logistics and Operations:

•  Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and teardown.
• Ensure all event materials and equipment are prepared and delivered on time. 

3. Marketing and Promotion:

•  Assist in developing and implementing event marketing strategies. 
•  Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns. 
•  Maintain and update event-related content on the company’s website and social media platforms. 

4. On-Site Support: 

• Provide on-site support during events 
• Ensure smooth execution of event activities and handle any issues that arise promptly. 

5. Administrative Tasks:

•  Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing. 
•  Help prepare event reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 
•  Take on ad-hoc design tasks and projects as needed to support the team's initiatives. 
•  Able to perform any duties assigned by superior or management 

Job Requirements

•  Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for creating memorable experiences for children.
