About the Role

 GogoKids is Malaysia’s largest kids learning platform, helping parents discover fun and engaging learning experiences for children aged 0–12 years. We are a fast-growing company on a mission to make learning fun and accessible for both parents and kids. We are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Intern to support our event operations, especially in packing, stock preparation, and delivery arrangement. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to learn how large-scale events are executed behind the scenes, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities 

• Assist in packing event kits, merchandise, and materials according to packing lists.
• Ensure accurate stock counting, labelling, and tracking.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements, including preparing delivery orders, liaising with couriers/riders, and monitoring delivery status.
• Support in warehouse / storage area organisation and maintaining cleanliness.
• Assist the operations team during event days (if required).
• Perform ad-hoc logistics tasks to support smooth event execution.

Job Requirements

   Job Requirements 

• Preferably a student in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Event Management, or related field. 
• Physically able to handle light to moderate packing duties.
• Strong attention to detail, responsible, and organised.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel is an added advantage.
