Job Description:

• Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms, creating relevant, engaging, and high-quality content.
• Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to generate enquiries and conversions. 
• Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare performance reports for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams including business development, design, and operations to achieve marketing objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Management 
• Creative flair in content writing, visual storytelling, and campaign ideation
• Proactive, disciplined, well-organized, and able to work independently
• A team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Growth mindset: eager to experiment with new strategies and growth hacking techniques to achieve KPIs
• Bonus: Passionate about education, children’s learning, and building meaningful parent communities
• Bonus: Proficiency in Mandarin and English (as this role involves social media postings in both languages)
