About Us:
Helios Fitness is a BFT franchise located in Sri Hartamas. We’re expanding our team and looking for passionate applicants to join us in delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members. 

1. Social Media Content

• Create and post 1 content daily (static or video) on Instagram and Facebook
• Maintain a weekly 5 quality posts per week that align with brand strategy

1. Real‑Time Stories & Community Engagement

• Share 5-7 Instagram/Facebook stories daily highlighting gym activities, workouts, events, and real member moments

1. Campaign Planning & Strategy

• Develop and submit a monthly social media campaign deck with a clear theme, goals, and idea
• Include a daily content plan with posting schedule, captions, and visuals

1. Content Creation Management

Plan and coordinate all stages of content creation, including:

a) Concept and creative development

b) Talent identification (staff and members)

c) Script writing and storyboarding

d) Execution and filming coordination

1. Outreach & Business Development Support

• Assist new partner outreach and relationship‑building initiatives
• Support partnership activation planning and coordination
• Help with proposals, follow‑ups, and collaterals

1. On‑Site Event Support

• Provide on‑ground assistance for Run Club, HYROX, marathons and other activations
• Handle set‑up, coordination, participant engagement, and post‑event wrap‑up
• Capture live content and event highlights

1. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track content performance and engagement metrics
• Provide weekly insights and suggestions for optimisation
