We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant / Sale Assistant to join our team in a busy and elegant jewellery boutique. As part of our sales team, you will deliver exceptional service, support daily operations, and help maintain a premium shopping experience for every customer.

Your Role

• Customer Experience Excellence
  Engage warmly with customers and ensure each visitor enjoys a memorable in-store experience.
• Product Expertise
  Develop strong product knowledge to provide personalised recommendations and confident consultations.
• Visual Presentation
  Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store always looks its best.
• Security & Care
  Follow strict security procedures and handle luxury items with professionalism and vigilance.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Enjoys assisting customers and delivering a refined, high-quality service experience.
• Honest, discreet, and trustworthy—essential qualities when handling luxury jewellery
• Motivated by targets and confident in suggesting add-on items or complimentary services
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage (jewellery experience is a bonus but not required)
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage
