Job Description
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Present and promote premium gold and jewelry, highlighting quality and craftsmanship.
- Proactively engage customers, answer inquiries, and drive sales to meet targets.
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge to offer accurate advice.
- Negotiate prices within company guidelines to maximize profitability.
- Process transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
- Demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.
- Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
- Enthusiastic about working in the gems and jewellery industry.
- Driven to achieve sales targets and earn high commissions.
- Eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of growth opportunities.
- Guaranteed Commission (First Three Months): RM1,000 per month
- Transport Allowance: RM200 - RM300 per month
- Full Attendance Bonus: RM85 per month
- Meal Allowance: RM200 - RM300 per month
