Job Description

  •  Provide SQL software support to our new or existing customer : Aid in the installation, configuration, and updating of software applications and operating systems. 
  • Provide Technical Assistance : Assist IT staff in resolving technical issues for users either over the phone, via email, or in person. 
  • Hardware Installation: Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. 
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems; escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel as needed.
  • System Upgrades: Support IT team members during system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users. 

Job Requirements

ADMIN / SUPPORT 

-Previous experience is added advantage

- Knowledge of Accounting software is required

- Good communication and explanation skill is required

- Business process flow knowledge is an added advantages for this position 

- Must be passionate always & able to work discipline without much monitoring

- Required to deal with customer support always

- Fresh graduates are mostly welcome. We will provide job training

- Working location is at Kota Kinabalu / Sandakan
