Job Description

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring the premises remain clean and welcoming. They act as the vital link between the customers and the kitchen or management team.

Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu inquiries, provide recommendations, and handle complaints courteously.

- Order Taking & Fulfillment: Accurately process customer orders and operate POS systems/cash registers. Serve food and beverages promptly.

- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Clear tables swiftly, sanitize dining areas, and restock supplies. Maintain the hygiene and safety standards of the establishment

- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Opening/Closing Duties: Assist with shift preparations, inventory checks, and end-of-day cleaning tasks.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in F&B or kitchen operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and safety standards in Malaysia (training will be provided).
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu; basic English is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Team player, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Eligible to work in Malaysia.
