Goodarch Technology Sdn Bhd is a wellness and healthcare company seeking a Mandarin-focused Marketing Executive to promote practical wellness products to Mandarin-speaking communities across Malaysia. The role leads Mandarin-first online and offline campaigns, agent programmes and events, and works closely with operations, customer service and warehouse teams to convert campaigns into sustained market growth.

• 制定并执行市场营销策略，提升公司保健产品的品牌知名度及市场占有率。 
• 协助代理开展产品推广、销售活动及业务开发，推动销售业绩增长。 
• 与代理保持良好沟通，建立长期合作关系，并确保日常营运顺畅。 
• 根据业务需要，前往外地拜访代理、支援市场活动及拓展新市场。 
• 与营运、客服及仓储团队紧密合作，协调订单处理、物流配送及售后服务。 
• 协助执行线上及线下市场推广活动，包括产品发布会、促销活动、展销会及培训课程。 
• 处理客户咨询、活动报名及线上推广相关事务，提升客户体验。 
• 收集市场资讯、分析竞争对手动态及消费者需求，并提出改善建议。 
• 定期整理市场数据及活动成效报告，持续优化营销策略。 
• 完成上级安排的其他市场推广及业务相关工作。

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and market share for health and wellness products.
• Plan and run Mandarin-first online and offline campaigns (product launches, promotions, exhibitions, training sessions) and track performance to improve ROI.
• Support agents with product promotion, sales activities, business development, regular communication, outstation visits, trainings and events to strengthen coverage and sales performance.
• Coordinate creative briefs, vendors and event logistics; collaborate with operations, customer service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing, logistics and after-sales support.
• Handle customer enquiries, event registrations and online promotion tasks to enhance customer experience.
• Collect market intelligence, analyse competitor and consumer trends, prepare regular activity and performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc marketing and business tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• 拥有市场营销、商业管理或相关科系文凭／学士学位。 
• 具备市场营销、业务拓展、销售或客户服务相关经验者优先。 
• 有直销、保健品、快速消费品（FMCG）或零售行业经验者更佳。 
• 熟悉 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）操作。 
• 能使用电脑拼音输入法输入中文，并具备良好的中英文沟通能力。 
• 拥有交通工具，并能接受外地出差安排。 
• 具备良好的沟通、协调及人际关系处理能力。 
• 能独立工作，同时具备多任务处理能力。 
• 工作积极主动、责任感强，并乐于学习新知识。 
• 有销售经验或代理管理经验者将获优先考虑。
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales support or related roles.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, direct selling, FMCG or retail is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to read and type Chinese using Pinyin input method; effective communication in Mandarin and English.
• Own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with ability to collect market data, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Sales or agent management experience is a plus.
