Job Description

客户服务与客户体验

  • 主动了解客户需求,并提供合适的产品建议及解决方案。
  • 跟进售后服务与客户咨询,提供优质的客户体验。
  • 建立并维护良好的客户关系,提高客户满意度及忠诚度。
  • 专业处理客户反馈、咨询及投诉,并积极协助解决问题。
  • 协助处理客户登记、咨询及各类促销活动或展销活动期间的客户服务工作。

营运与行政管理

  • 使用公司系统处理及追踪客户订单。
  • 维护并定期更新客户资料,确保资料准确完整。
  • 协助准备每日、每周及每月营运及销售报告。
  • 负责文件整理、发票处理及其他行政工作,以确保日常营运顺畅进行。

沟通协调与团队支援

  • 与物流团队协调出货及退货流程,确保及时交付。
  • 协助展销会、路演活动及公司活动期间的客户接待与现场支援工作。
  • 根据需要协助培训及指导新进同事。
  • 与各部门紧密合作,确保沟通顺畅及提升营运效率。

线上客户互动

  • 通过社交媒体平台、即时通讯工具及线上渠道回复客户咨询。
  • 协助线上活动及促销活动的客户沟通、报名及后续跟进工作。

Customer Experience & Support

  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Follow up on after-sales inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage long-term loyalty.
  • Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally while working towards effective resolutions.
  • Assist with customer registrations, inquiries, and support during promotional campaigns and events.

Operations & Administration

  • Process and track customer orders through the company's internal system.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information regularly.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
  • Assist with documentation, invoicing, and basic administrative duties to support business operations.

Coordination & Team Support

  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and return processes.
  • Support customer reception and engagement during roadshows, exhibitions, and company events.
  • Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members when required.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Digital Customer Engagement

  • Respond to customer inquiries through social media platforms, messaging channels, and online communication tools.
  • Support online campaigns and promotional activities by assisting with customer engagement and follow-ups.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Good command of Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
  • Able to type Chinese using Pinyin input method.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, administration, or related fields is an added advantage.
