As a builder for our digital shows, you will plan and run live hosting sessions, create short social assets, and test formats that grow viewership. You will collaborate with sales, product, and creative teammates to shape what our audience sees and how they engage.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Live Hosting & Audience Engagement

• Plan and host regular livestream sessions that showcase vehicles, explain features, and answer viewer questions in real time.
• Drive audience interaction by preparing concise talking points, polls, and live demonstrations during each session.
• Coordinate with sales team to highlight promotions and capture leads in an organised manner.
• Monitor chat and viewer feedback, then summarise insights for the marketing team after each stream.

Content Creation & Distribution

• Create short clips, thumbnails, and captions from livestream recordings for use on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Schedule posts, maintain a simple content calendar, and adapt messaging based on performance signals.
• Edit basic video and trim highlights for paid and organic campaigns to improve reach and retention.
• Ensure brand tone and product details are accurate across all platforms before publishing.

Campaign Support & Reporting

• Assist in simple campaign setup, tracking UTM links and basic conversion points for livestream-driven traffic.
• Compile post-event reports showing viewership numbers, engagement rates, and lead quality.
• Suggest iterative improvements for formats, timing, and platform choices based on data.
• Support small on-ground events or showroom demonstrations when required to bridge online and offline experiences.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a relevant diploma or degree in marketing, media, communications, or related fields.
• 0 years of formal work experience required; previous class projects, campus events, or personal livestreams are valid experience.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, learning-first environment and able to commit to regular streaming schedules.
• Flexible availability for occasional evenings or weekend sessions when campaigns run.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Presentations: confident public speaking and clear product demonstration skills on camera.
• Marketing: basic knowledge of social media marketing principles and audience targeting.
• Social Media: familiarity with Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok, and scheduling tools.
• Content Creation: basic video editing, thumbnail design, and use of simple editing apps or tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communicative: clear, friendly, and able to explain technical details in plain language.
