As a builder on our team, you will create and scale short-form video and social campaigns that increase awareness and engagement for our services and products. You will turn simple storyboards into published posts while practising platform best practices and basic performance tracking.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content & Creative

• Produce short-form video and static social content that highlights product features and customer tips.
• Create captions, simple storyboards, and basic edits to keep content consistent and on brand.

Social & Community

• Manage scheduled posts and help monitor comments and messages to keep our community engaged.
• Support small campaigns on TikTok and other social channels to grow reach and interactions.

Analytics & Support

• Track basic performance metrics and summarize results to inform future content choices.
• Assist the marketing team with ad setup, asset organization, and simple admin tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 0 years of work experience; suitable for fresh graduates or students seeking internship experience.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Video Editing, Marketing, TikTok.
• Familiarity with social scheduling tools and basic video editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communicator who learns quickly and follows feedback closely.
• Curious, organized, and comfortable working in a small team environment.
