- Assist in creating engaging content (image, video, written & visual) on digital platforms
- Assist in coordinating campaigns
- Plan, schedule and execute content across social media channels
- Conduct market research to analyze and understand the market trends and customer’s needs
- Analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and then acting on the information
- Monitor campaign results, compile learnings and modify plan to further enhance the campaign result
