Graaab JaGaApp is growing and we are looking for more energetic, motivated, detailed and community driven Good Admin to join our team in Malaysia!  
 
As the private community mobile apps aiming to create the better life for Residential and Commercial Communities, Graaab JaGaApp provides a great opportunity for you to learn, contribute and a rewarding journey.

The role will have the opportunity to work on a breadth of functions along side the company’s Co-Founders and core management team. The primary job scope would be supporting our business on general admin & finance. 

We would like you to join as Admin Executive to:

  • do basic bookkeeping
  • support on financial and accounts management
  • perform filing and record keeping
  • assist on people management and hr matters
  • carry out ad hoc tasks assigned to you
  • take care of administrative tasks
 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Admin and/or Accounting 
  • 0-5 years of experience (fresh grads with a self-motivated ‘always eager to learn’ mentality are welcome to apply)
  • Candidate should be independent, detailed, self-motivated and target oriented 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Based in Klang Valley
  • Fighter and Team Player!
