About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts and finance function. 
• Handle partial/full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations. 
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities accurately and within deadlines.      
• Prepare invoices, monitor collections, and ensure timely payments. 
• Generate financial reports and assist in financial analysis to support business decision-making. 
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements. 
• Coordinate audit processes and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities. 
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. 
• Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure financial stability. 
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties including banks, company secretaries, and government agencies. 
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure systematic filing of financial records. 
• Support ad-hoc finance and accounting assignments as required. 

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  (Partially or fully completed ACCA, CPA, or CIMA qualifications are an advantage.) 
• 1– 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance. 
• Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS, local tax regulations, and statutory compliance. 
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. 
• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., SQL Accounting Software) is an added advantage. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis. 
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
