Job Description

1. To assist the Finance Manager on accounting activities of the company.
2.  To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system. 
3. To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.
4. To prepare payment/cheque and other related documents.
5. To carry out daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.
6. To handle petty cash and reimbursement.
7. To carry out bank reconciliation, data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records.
8. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. 

Job Requirements

1.  Possess Degree/Diploma in Accounting with relevant working 3 – 5 years’ working experience preferably in construction industry.
2. Preparation of Management Repost, Cash Flow, Budget and Costing
3. Computer literate with knowledge of accounting software.
4. Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Have good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
6. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in meeting tight deadlines.
7. Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
