Job Description

 Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To carry out taking-off quantities.
2. To assist in the preparation and submission of tenders.
3. To assist the QS in preparing project budgets.
4. To assist the QS in the preparation of Materials Schedule.
5. To measure work done at site and prepare interim claims.
6. To assist the planning Sub-Department to prepare reports for various projects.
7. To carry out the preparation and submission of Contractual Claims, Variation, etc.
8. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Possess Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Building Technology or Diploma/Certificate in other related disciplines.
2. Science graduates who are keen to pursue a career in quantity surveying can also be considered.
3. 3 – 5 years’ working experience preferably from a  building and construction industry in a similar position.
4. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
5. Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Have good interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
7. Must be a team player, committed and result-oriented.
8. Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.
9. Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
10. Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.

Skills
