Job Description

  1.  To plan and develop logistic programme activities from commencement to completion of each project.
  2. To develop and implement materials management activities, coordinate efforts of subcontractors, various departments, and supervisory personnel, and resolve problems in area of logistics and materials to ensure meeting of contractual commitments and construction needs.
  3. To develop and initiate preparation of handbooks, bulletins, and information systems to provide and supply logistics support.
  4. To compile data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistics activities.
  5. To determine logistic support sequences and time phasing, problems arising from location of operational area, and other factors, such as environmental and human factors affecting personnel.
  6. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.


Job Requirements

  1.  SPM/Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification. Those without qualification but at least 10 years of experience in related field can be considered.
  2. Minimum 2 – 4 years working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD
  4. Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Have good interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
  6. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
  7. Must be a team player, committed and result-oriented.
  8. Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.
  9. Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
