We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will actively explore new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries.
   
• Promote the company’s products and services to achieve or exceed sales targets.
   
• Conduct regular market research to gather insights on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
   
• Manage and follow up on customer accounts, orders, and collections promptly.
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
   
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth sales operations.
   
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
   
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
   
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
   
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
   
• Team player with a proactive attitude toward achieving results.
   
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.
   
• Immediate availability or short notice period will be an added advantage.
