Job Description

1. Oversee Southeast Asia's supply chain, covering procurement, orders, warehousing, and distribution.
2. Manage suppliers, contracts, orders, deliveries, warehousing, and last-mile logistics.
3. Oversee third-party logistics for customs, vehicle scheduling, and issue resolution.
4. Develop and refine standards for sourcing, procurement, and food safety compliance.
5. Ensure quality management of raw materials and supply chain processes.
6. Lead regional supply chain projects and coordinate with mainland operations.
7. Ensure smooth exports and support uninterrupted store operations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Strong logical thinking, communication, coordination, and stress management skills.
3. Familiarity with supply chain processes, including planning and order management.
4. Proficiency in project management.
5. Experience in localized production within the food or packaging industry is a plus.
6. Proficiency in Chinese and English for effective communication.
7. Preferable experience in tea beverage or food-related export supply chains.
8. Relevant expertise in supply chain operations like import logistics, planning, or procurement is advantageous.
9. Ability to resolve complex supply chain challenges and manage projects effectively is highly valued.
