岗位职责 / Responsibilities

Sales / 销售

  • 开拓及维护客户关系,发掘潜在客户 Develop and maintain customer relationships, identify potential clients
  • 向客户介绍公司产品与服务,达成销售目标 Introduce products and services to customers and achieve sales targets
  • 跟进潜在客户,促进成交 Follow up with leads and close deals
  • 收集市场信息与客户反馈,协助优化销售策略 Gather market information and customer feedback to help optimize sales strategies
  • 具备电话销售技巧,有效沟通并建立客户信任以达到业绩和客户满意度Apply telemarketing skills to effectively communicate and build customer trust and to achieve monthly sales and customer success goals and target
  • 从多渠道收集潜在客户信息,如活动、线上平台、社交媒体等 Gather leads from various sources, including events, online platforms, and social media
  • 需参与公司举办的线上或线下活动,并担任引导员或支持角色 Attend company-hosted events (online/offline) as a facilitator or support crew

Customer Success/ 客户体验

  • 处理日常客户咨询与售后问题(包括 Walk-in & 在线渠道) Handle daily customer inquiries and after-sales issues (walk-in & online)
  • 确保客户能够顺利使用并持续从公司产品中获得价值 Ensure customers can successfully use and gain continuous value from products
  • 定期与客户保持联系,提升满意度与忠诚度 Maintain regular contact with customers to improve satisfaction and loyalty

Job Requirements

岗位要求 / Requirements

  • 在线客服经验(熟悉 Messenger / WhatsApp 运营流程者优先) Online customer service (familiarity with Messenger/WhatsApp preferred)
  • 良好的沟通能力:能以清晰、专业且有温度的语言与客户交流 Good communication skills – able to communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly
  • 有责任心 & 注重细节:能同时处理多个客户需求并高效响应 Responsible & detail-oriented – able to handle multiple customer requests efficiently
  • 具备销售意识,能在服务中促进成交或提升客单价 Sales-minded – able to upsell or close deals during service
  • 有数据分析能力,能通过数据优化流程、提升效率 Data analysis skills – able to optimize processes using service data
  • 多语言能力(中文、英文)优先,可服务不同客户群体 Multilingual skills (Mandarin, English) preferred to serve diverse customers

薪资与福利 / Salary & Benefits

  • 上班时间 / Working Hour : 9AM – 5PM
  • 底薪 / Basic Salary:RM3,000 – RM4,000
