Job Description
- Manage and oversee project costing, budgeting, and cost control
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents
- Handle tendering process, including evaluation and recommendation
- Administer contracts, including variation orders (VO), claims, and final accounts
- Monitor project financial performance and ensure projects stay within budget
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters
- Support negotiation of contracts and procurement strategies
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contract terms
Job Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in QS / Contract / Cost Management
- Involved in commercial projects for luxury brands
- Strong knowledge in contract administration and cost control
- Able to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Senior Quantity Surveyors are encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
