Job Description

 

  • Manage and oversee project costing, budgeting, and cost control 
  • Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents 
  • Handle tendering process, including evaluation and recommendation 
  • Administer contracts, including variation orders (VO), claims, and final accounts 
  • Monitor project financial performance and ensure projects stay within budget 
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters 
  • Support negotiation of contracts and procurement strategies 
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contract terms

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field 
  • 4–5 years of experience in QS / Contract / Cost Management 
  • Involved in commercial projects for luxury brands 
  • Strong knowledge in contract administration and cost control 
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Senior Quantity Surveyors are encouraged to apply 
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
