Job Description

 

  • Assist with recruitment activities: job posting, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing offer/appointment letters.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and HR database.
  • Handle staff onboarding and offboarding, including orientation and exit clearance.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, notices, announcements, and simple HR reports.
  • Track probation, confirmation, and performance review schedules.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance, OT, and claims data.
  • Coordinate staff training (HRDC/CIDB) and maintain training records.
  • Ensure company HR policies and statutory requirements are followed.
  • Manage daily office operations including stationery, pantry supplies, office assets, and equipment maintenance.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and visitors.
  • Prepare general reports, letters, and meeting minutes when required.
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and systematic record-keeping.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for office needs.
  • Support management and other departments with administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

 

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in HR or Admin is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (attendance, leave, claims, recruitment).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
