Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Perform quantity take-off from drawings and specifications
- Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and submission
- Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor project cost, variation orders (VO), and budget control
- Assist in contract administration and project documentation
- Coordinate with project team, site team, and vendors
- Attend site visits and meetings when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge in construction / interior fit-out projects is an advantage
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
